JOB-EQUAL-Towards better employability from diversity for an equal Europe provided a selected group of young people(17-30years old) from 4 different European Countries (Spain,Portugal, Romania and Poland) with a platform to identify and discuss discriminsation in youth unemployment and adoption of new youth policies in this respect with policymakers on to work on strategies on how to implement concrete plans at local,regional,national and community level in order to achieve immmediate results and generate a permanent dialogue.
