On December 11th 2019, the European Comission has launched lansat the #EUGreenDeal – actions to improve the wellbeing of people, protect our natural habitat and boost our economy.
We will:
- Become climate-neutral by 2050
- Cut pollution
- Help companies develop clean products and technologies
- Ensure an inclusive transition for all.
In welcoming this initiative, FCASEC Association wishes to implement a new volunteering project, which to contribute to protecting the environment and to promoting the ecological education at the level of 6 rural communities from Valcea county. The project is based on a simple idea, to join the community in order to build solidarity.
The main aim of the project is the initiation and implementation of voluntary activities in support of environment protection, ecological education and prevention of climate change. Another aim of the project is to support the initiative of 6 local communities in Valcea county to establish an UNESCO-Geopark.
The profile of volunteer is:
– age between 18-30 years old.
– number equal of boy and girls.
– young people interested to work on environment in order to promote healthy lifestyle.
-young people with fewer opportunities.
